Prometheus Games LLC ("Prometheus Games", "we", "our", or "us") is a US-based game production and design studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit prometheusgames.io, download or play our games (including A Final Frontier), or contact us, and how we use and protect that information. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

This policy applies to data we control as the data controller. It does not apply to third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, social networks, or advertising networks, which have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies separately.

Information you provide. When you email us, request support, or sign up for updates, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message).

Information collected automatically. Our games and website may collect technical and gameplay data, including device model, operating system, language, country, IP address, app version, crash reports, performance metrics, session length, in-game events, and aggregated feature usage.

Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from platform providers (e.g., aggregated install or purchase reports), analytics partners, or anti-fraud services.

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve our games and website; respond to support and feedback; balance and update gameplay; detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about updates you have requested. We do not sell your personal information.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the game or service you use), legitimate interests (to improve, secure, and protect our services), consent (where required, e.g., certain analytics or marketing emails), and legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and email delivery), with platform providers as required to distribute our games, and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Prometheus Games, our players, or others. Prometheus Games is based in the United States. Information we collect may be processed in the US or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Gameplay and technical data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics and balancing.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Our games and website are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
